Ashtanga yoga is a set sequence of postures. The breath is synchronized with movement ( asana ) to create a heating and meditative practice. This practice will increase your energy levels while developing and building core strength. No Yoga Experience Needed. Please bring a towel.
Led Ashtanga Practice
This practice is for students who have been regularly coming to Ashtanga Beginners classes or who have had previous Ashtanga experience or have a daily yoga practice.
